Drinking:
Drink plenty of water after your massage; it helps to clean out your systems. It will be recommended that clients refrain from drinking alcohol or drinks containing caffiene after their massage, or drink with discretion.

Exercising:
Unless you are having a pre-event massage it is not adviseable not to do strenuous activity for up to 24 hours after a massage. Please discuss this with your therapist.
