Choosing the right therapist for you
Find someone who:
Find someone who:
- you are comfortable with.
- you are able to talk to easily, and who will, more importantly, listen to you.
- provides good massage advice.

Note: not all massages are carried out in silence, but make sure that unless asked, the therapist does not talk about themselves. This is your time!
